Mechafest was a local model contest for gunpla builders in CDMX Mexico, I was happy because this was my first contest.

By that time, I was unaware that I wanted to do a modeling blog… so I did not record any process nor take any more photos.

What I can tell you about it is that I used Testors metalizer Non Buff lacquer paint for the gold finish, Tamiya acrylic paint for the rest of the colors and used Bandai metallic water slide decals that TBH I don’t remember where I got these decals, I know they’re very rare nowadays.

 

The model itself it is in my girlfriend’s bookshelf.

Im gonna build it again just for the fun.
